Stella 's changing fast now!

Just like Maria, Stella has been slow to move. She doesn't crawl, scoot, pull herself up on things or walk along furniture. She does sit on her bum and spin herself in circles and she has been walking a lot holding onto our fingers. This past weekend I took this picture of her at the art table with Maria.

Within the last week she has learned how to manipulate her baby crayons to scribble on paper, said "Hi!" and "Ma-REE-a" (she already says Mama, Papa, up, gato and signs "more"). She's also started to stand against things and will sometimes let go of your fingers when standing which makes me lunge in panic that she's falling. Today she let go, bent over and picked a stick off of the ground and stood back up again. Within the past week Stella will also point to your nariz and boca. In fact, if someone says "nariz" she'll hold out her pointer finger until someone comes close enough for her to identify their nose.
