It's summer now

Seventy to ninety degrees in one day. The heat, the oscillating fan, the sweat mixed with suntan lotion, it's summer now.  Maria had riding lessons in the morning today and Stella and I amused ourselves visiting the horses in the outdoor pastures.  Thank goodness we also had swim lessons tonight.  Everyone got to cool off in the pool and we had a picnic lunch on the grass afterwards.
