Halloween celebrations

There are always many opportunities to celebrate Halloween but this year Halloween was on  a Saturday which made it an even bigger holiday.  First though, Monster Mash.
For Monster Mash's guess how many jars we stuffed 108 washed Orange Leaf spoons in a canning jar with OL gift cards as the prize.  Stella washed all the used spoons.

The library is the place for Estella, away from the very noisy gym.  See the Papas in the background.

Maria ran into Colby at Monster Mash.

We carved pumpkins a couple days before Halloween.

Maria's pumpkin is a vampire cat and Estella's is a spooky face.

On actual Halloween day we had a 9:00 soccer game followed by 11:15 gymnastics and then Stella accompanied me to the library's Halloween party from 2-4.  After that we headed straight to the Woodlands for the annual potluck and trick or treating party.

The kids!  Not as many this year since all the towns trick or treated on actual Halloween.

Casting a spell!
