Happy 4th

This year we are in the midst of packing up our house and on a hot and humid 4th it was a welcome break to go to The Berg's for a BBQ.  The kids played in the yard and the pool and after dinner we lit some sparklers and small fireworks.  What are those things you throw on the ground and they pop?  Give Stella some of those and watch everyone duck and dance.  We also launched a spinning, sparkling firework into the air so high that it landed on the roof.  Oooops!  Carole doused it with the hose.
