Festival of trees 2012
One of the first events of the holiday season is the festival of trees in Exeter. The Thursday after Thanksgiving they had a gingerbread house contest at the Congregational Church-plus singing and homemade macaroni & cheese and pulled pork.
The town hall has dozens of beautifully decorated trees up for auction from local businesses and Santa is in the gazebo. This year Maria asked Santa for a planting kit and Stella wants a lollipop.
